Public involvement is an interactive process that allows stakeholders to offer important input on solutions that address the community’s concerns. The Central Avenue at BRC Railroad Grade Separation Study will be following the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Context Sensitive Solution (CSS) approach to public involvement. As part of the CSS process, interested stakeholders will have the opportunity to provide their input on the Central Avenue at BRC Railroad Grade Separation Study at public meetings and by participating in Community Advisory Group (CAG) meetings.
