The study team developed a Stakeholder Involvement Plan (SIP) for the Central Avenue at BRC Railroad Grade Separation Study as a guide for communication and outreach. It is a dynamic document that will be updated periodically to reflect the evolving communications needs of stakeholders and the study team.
